We want you to love your Adina Reyter jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn, non-custom pieces in their original packaging. Please note that all personalized items and final sale selections are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original Adina Reyter box and shipping carton to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus a small restocking fee.
